Weather Conditions Cause Waveland Mississippi Wreck

Foggy conditions helped cause the car wreck in Waveland that killed Lloyd Higgins.  According to Chief James Varnell the fog contributed to the car accident.  The crash happened at the entrance to the old Sav-A-Center on Highway 603.  Unfortunately, when the impact happened Wiggins was ejected from his car.
