Christopher Harper, a Louisiana resident, was arrested for a DUi after he rear-ended a SUV.  The crash caused the SUV of Angelia Laster to catch fire.  Unfortunately, Ms. Laster was caught in the SUV and could not escape and died.  He daughter, Diedrel Laster, was pulled from the fire by United States Navy personnel.

Also injured in the wreck were James Crouch, Ashley Morrision, Tabbatha Morrision, and two minor children.
