Gulfport Car Accident – DUI Death Brian Mooney

You may remember Brian Mooney.  He was the drunk driver who caused a car wreck in Gulfport, Mississippi.  He had cocaine in his body when this accident happened.  He also had taken a muscle relaxer.  The Gulfport car accident killed LaShae Necaise and injured two other people.

Mooney was sentenced to 40 years in prision for the dui car wreck in Gulfport.  Judge Roger Clark, Harrison County Circuit Court Judge, presided over the hearing and imposed the sentence.
