Gulfport, Mississippi Workers Comp Lawyer – Mary Bourne

I had the privilege to represent Mary Bourne in her Mississippi Workers Compensation Accident.  She had some very bad injuries.  But, she made a mistake.  She went to a different  Gulfport Workers Comp Lawyer before she hired me.

He gave her bad advice.  He told her she could not make a claim for her injuries.  She had two accidents at work.  Because she listened to him the first time, she got nothing for her first injury.  She let what is called the statute of limitations expire.  Meaning she missed the deadline.

She thought the lawyer’s advice didn’t sound right though.  That is why she later came to me for her second workers comp injury.

I told her he was wrong.  She was shocked that a lawyer that everyone in Gulfport knows (you would know this lawyer if I told you the name) gave her wrong advice.

I wasn’t.

There are a lot of lawyers who you probably know or your neighbor knows that claim to be good.

What is funny is that if you asked most lawyers, they would tell you the lawyer that Ms. Bourne hired is really good.

They would be wrong.

But, you’ve heard enough from me.  In fact, you probably don’t believe me.  This is why I have Ms. Bourne on video so you can see it for yourself.
