Waveland Car Wreck Kills Jamie Hicks

A car wreck in Waveland, Mississippi killed Jamie Hicks.  According to authorities, Hicks was a passenger in a car at the intersection of North Shore Drive and Highway 90.  The driver of a Chevy Envoy was trying to go across Highway 90 and pulled out in front of the car that Hicks was riding in and caused the car wreck.

According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Hicks was not wearing a seat belt.
