William Bill Eckert a lawyer was sanctioned again!! If you’re a regular reader of this blog you know that I frequently write about lawyers that are pains in the neck. Some of these lawyers are extremely difficult to work with.

This time William Bill Eckert and his law firm got hit for $25,000.00!!! You might remember my post from the other day about William Bill Eckert gettting fined for $12,000.00! Now, this fine is over double that!!

William Bill Eckert Sanctioned $25,000.00!!

Here’s just a little of what the Judge said about William Bill Eckert’s law firm: Ungarino & Eckert (Bill Eckert’s law firm) has a “long line of fradulent and improper removals.” And Ungarino & Eckert have made a “blantant” attempt to mislead the court. And Ungarino & Eckert have been sanctioned and fined many times by many courts for improper conduct. The Judge was so angry he wanted to prohibit Ungarino & Eckert from practicing law before him.
