Phone Appointments
Thank you so much for just being here. The phone appointment system will prevent email and phone tag that I know you do not like and I do not like it either.
Your time is valuable and you don’t want to waste it playing phone or email tag with me. I am the only law firm that lets you set your own appointments.
Please follow the steps below. Thanks again!!!
1. You must be a client or a potential client. If you are an insurance company or a lawyer, please do not email me, instead, please fax me or send a meeting invitation from your calendar and we can conduct the meeting as a regular phone call.
2. Please scroll down and pick your time and day for a 5 minute phone appointment with me.
3. Please use your legal name when setting your phone appointment.
4. Please write down the time and day you pick and put it on your calendar. I’ll email and text you reminders also.
5. If you set your appointment on a weekday, please call 228-872-6000 at the exact time and day you pick. If you set your appointment on the weekend, I will call you.
7. If you need to speak with me for longer than five minutes, just set two or three phone appointments right in a row. If you need to talk with me for longer than fifteen minutes, just set an office meeting by clicking on www.JayFosterLaw.com/OfficeMeeting and it is okay if you just want to talk by phone instead of coming to my office (I know you don’t want the hassle of having to drive to see me).
8. If no appointments are available, please check back the next day. Please note that you cannot set an appointment further than 10 days in advance because Judges sometimes want to set things far in advance so my calendar must be open for them.
8. Let me repeat Step 8 again: If no appointments are available, please check back frequently. Please note that you cannot set an appointment further than 10 days in advance because Judges sometimes want to set things far in advance so my calendar must be open for them.
