Phone Appointments

First off, THANK YOU SO MUCH for just being here!

I know that phone and email tag is frustrating—you don’t like it, and I don’t either. That’s why I’ve set up this scheduling system to make it easy for us to connect without the hassle.

Your time is valuable, and I want to make sure our conversations happen in the easiest and most efficient way possible.

I’m the only lawyer where you can book your own appointments, so you can set up a time that works best for you.

Just follow the steps below, and we’ll be all set. Thanks again!

1. For Clients & Potential Clients Only – If you’re an insurance company or a lawyer, please don’t email me. Instead, send a fax or a calendar meeting invite so we can schedule a regular call.

2. Choose Your Time – Scroll down to pick the time and day for a 5-minute phone appointment with me.

3. Use Your Legal Name – When booking your appointment, please use your full legal name.

4. Mark Your Calendar – Write down the time and day you pick so you don’t forget. Don’t worry—I’ll send email and text reminders too!

5. Weekday vs. Weekend Calls – If your appointment is on a weekday, please call 228-872-6000 at your scheduled time. If it’s on a weekend, I’ll call you.

6. Need More Time? – If you need longer than 5 minutes, simply book 2 or 3 phone appointments back-to-back. If you need more than 15 minutes, book an office meeting instead—just click on www.JayFosterLaw.com/OfficeMeeting. No worries if you’d rather chat by phone instead of coming to my office!

7. No Available Appointments? – If no openings show up, check back frequently. I keep my calendar open for Court scheduling, so appointments are only available within 10 days.
