Popps Ferry Road In Biloxi – Stop Car Wrecks?

The Biloxi Police indicated that they have finally adjusted the stop lights on Popps Ferry Road which allows more travel time.  If you have traveled this road, as I have, you know how aggravating it can be to catch stop light after stop light.  It is not quite as bad as Highway 49 in Gulfport but it is a pain.  As a lawyer, I hope this will prevent some car wrecks.
