Biloxi Workers Comp Accident Lawyer

A client of mine was hurt in a Biloxi Workers Comp Accident.  She was hurt at work twice.  Her name is Mary Bourne.  She is from Biloxi.  She gave me a testimonial about her experience with my office.

Guess what?

She hired a lawyer BEFORE she hired me.  Well, that was a mistake.  The lawyer claimed to be a worker’s compensation expert.

He wasn’t.

In fact, because of his advice, she missed the statute of limitations on one of her injuries.

She was smart enough though to figure out that the advice given to her by the lawyer was wrong.

So, for her other workers comp accident, she came to me.

She was shocked to find out this other lawyer was wrong.

Why was she shocked?  Because this lawyer is supposed to not just be good, but great at helping people who get hurt at work.

He wasn’t.  He was wrong.  His advice was COMPLETELY WRONG!

This cost her dearly since she lost the first case and got nothing for her severe injury.

But, I did win the second case for her.

I wasn’t shocked by the lawyer’s advice though.  I wasn’t shocked because I see this all the time.  You get hurt at work and you hire someone your friend or brother or uncle or whoever says it good.  Or you hire someone who is supposed to be good.

I can tell you that you would know who this lawyer and law firm is if I told you.  They are VERY WELL KNOWN and would be respected by you.  The bad part is, they don’t know what they are doing in a workers comp case.
