Mississippi Trucking Wreck or Accident – Regulations

Title 49, Section 390.3 of the CFR, which is the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for Trucks or 18-wheelers, requires that drivers and their employers be familiar with these regulations.  Specifically, in pertinent part, the regulation states, “Every driver and employee shall be instructed regarding, and shall comply with, all applicable regulations contained in this subchapter.”

Obviously, this requirement is designed to help prevent trucking accidents and wrecks.
