The police have given some preliminary information about the car wreck on Interstate 10 near Moss Point, Mississippi.  According to the police, a Michael Ducuir of Alabama, lost control of his Ford Truck and crossed the median.  This caused the wreck and unfortunately the deaths of Tracy Porter and Jennifer Porter.
