Title 49, Section 392.9 of the Code of Federal Regulations requires the safe loading of a commercial motor vehicle such as an 18 wheeleror truck.  The 18-wheeler’s cargo must be properly distributed and secured as required by Section 393.100.  We have seen many accidents or wrecks due to the improper distribution or failure to secure a load.
