OfficeMeeting

Hi! Thank you for stopping by. I really appreciate you being here.

I set up this scheduling system because the number one complaint about lawyers is phone and email tag.

It’s frustrating for you and I, and I know you don’t want to deal with it any more than I do!

No more frustrating back-and-forth with this simple scheduling system, you can book a meeting at your convenience, ensuring we connect at a time that works for both of us—without delays or missed calls.

How To Set Your Office Meeting With Me

  1. Clients & Potential Clients Only – If you’re an insurance company or a lawyer, please don’t email me. Instead, send a fax or a calendar invite, and we can schedule a regular call.
  2. Choose Your Time – Scroll down to pick a day and time for your office meeting. Please double check and use your legal name when setting your office meeting.
  3. Use Your Legal Name – Please double-check that you’re using your full legal name when booking your appointment.
  4. Provide Contact Info – After selecting a time, make sure your email and phone number are correct. That way, I can send reminders via email and text.
  5. Location – Office meetings take place in my Ocean Springs office, but if you’d rather meet by phone or video conference, that’s totally fine too!
  6. Booking Availability – Since court schedules can be unpredictable, you can’t book a meeting more than 10 days in advance. If no slots are available, check back frequently—new openings come up often.
  7. I have tried every other system possible to prevent phone and email tag and this one is by far the best. I look forward to our meeting!!!
