Singing River Hospital – What In The World?

I don’t know about you.

But, when it smells, it usually stinks.

Singing River Hospital (Health System) filed a lawsuit against Jackson County Outsource Group.

Why?

Because Singing River Hospital says it overpaid the company to collect unpaid medical bills.

Singing River Hospital – I’m Shocked But I Guess I Shouldn’t Be

Here’s where I get absolutely flabbergasted.

I mean, I’ve seen a lot in over 20 years of practicing law.

I’ve seen a lot of idiot lawyers.

A lot of idiot insurance companies.

But, this is pretty bad.

So here goes.

Roy Williams is the Singing River Hospital lawyer.

Roy’s son OWNS Jackson County Outsource Group.

AND to top that off,Roy is listed as the registered agent who helped form the company Jackson County Outsource Group.

So, if Singing River Hospital sued this company, Roy Williams is the one the sheriff serves with the lawsuit and the summons.

I mean, how ridiculous can this get?

I just can’t understand what in the world is happening over at Singing River Hospital with these lawyers.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.

Lawyers wonder why the public hates us.

I don’t wonder.

Here’s a perfect example of how stupid we look.

Will the Singing River Hospital thing resolve?

I hope so.
