Update About Fatal Car Crash

Everyone, we have an update on a fatal car crash that killed two Mississippi residents.  The unfortunate accident killed Jason Jermyn and Richard Kelly.  Apparently, the authorities and other news sources, including the Sun Herald, were wrong about how the accident happened.

According to the daughter of one of the victims of this wreck (who contacted me), there was another vehicle in their lane at the time of the accident and they had to swerve to avoid the other vehicle.

There is no word from authorities yet as to whether they are pursuing a criminal investigation of the driver in the wrong lane.  Depending on the circumstances, I think there might be possible criminal violations if the other vehicle was in the wrong lane and this caused the wreck.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family members and friends of all involved.  And please remember one of these victims has a daughter and she is hurting this Christmas without her Daddy.  Please keep her in your prayers.
